PolyCon’s fully automated manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas is purpose-built for reliability, consistency, and quality control. Our high-volume production lines are optimized for both open-cell and closed-cell spray foam systems, delivering product that meets the highest standards of performance, energy efficiency, and safety.
But manufacturing is just one part of what we do. Our Houston headquarters is also home to one of the industry’s most accessible training hubs.
